Spring Fling! This seventh annual Saturday event will be held from noon to 5 pm on Armed Forces Day, a great time to celebrate the Soldiers Home and its residents. We’ll gather on the southwest portion of campus. Enter at the lower gate on Randolph Road and Rock Creek Church Road. Music, food, drink and activities for kids included. Come out and celebrate and visit with a veteran!

July 4, 2019
This eighth annual fireworks watching celebration will occur at the Soldiers Home driving range, 4pm to 9:30 pm, on Thursday July 4. Just above the tree tops, you can see the fireworks on the National Mall from the Soldiers Home. Food, drinks, fun, and music are included, and kids can fish in the Soldiers Home pond! Enter at the lower gate on Randolph Road and Rock Creek Church Road.

Fall Fun Fest! This is a Sunday filled with food trucks, drinks, music, dancing and kids’ activities. Antique cars are on display in the morning with other military presentations on the upper campus. Activities start at 9 am on the upper campus. Then at noon the fun shifts to the lower campus at the Friends of the Soldiers Home tent and continues until 5pm. Enter at the lower gate on Randolph Road and Rock Creek Church Road.
